Hello, I'm traveling to WDW in Dec. Traveling with Insulin pens and would like to know is there a way my Resort (All Star Music) could keep this refridgerated until our room is ready. Arriving early morning flight. Thanks in advance.... :)

    Hi Cynthia!

I love visiting Walt Disney World in December!  The parks are dressed in their holiday finest, and the weather is usually fabulous.  I hope you have a great time on your magical getaway.

If you arrive at Disney's All Star Music Resort and your Guest room is not ready, you can store your insulin pens with Bell Services.   Please store them in some sort of cooler bag and advise the Bell Service staff that the bag contains medication that needs to be refrigerated.   There is a large cooler in the Bell Service storage area where your insulated bag with your medication can be placed.   Once your room  is ready you can pick up your bags from Bell Services or have them delivered to your room.  Once in your room you will find a small mini-fridge where you can store your insulin.

I hope this has helped to answer your question Cynthia.   I would love to continue to help you plan your Walt Disney World adventure;  if you have any other questions please don't hesitate to send them my way.

    Have a Disney Day,

    ~Jen
