I'm traveling with my parents in late march, so 2 questions: 1. Do you still have the ears to the world service? 2. Can I ask for rider swap in case that my dad (dementia) doesn't want to ride anything?

Bienvenidos a planDisney, Juan! We are so happy you stopped by with your question today.

I have good news and not-so-magical news. Walt Disney World Resort no longer offers Ears to the World. However, you can still pick up complimentary Guide maps in Spanish at Guest Relations, and they will be more than happy to assist you. However, the good news is that you can use Rider Switch Services on attractions your father may not feel comfortable riding. Just let a Cast Member know at the entrance to the attraction that you wish to use this service, and they'll be more than happy to assist you and let you know where to pick up your dad once the attraction is over.

Your visit to Walt Disney World is just around the corner, and with that comes the return of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. Just like the Familia Madrigal, I hope you enjoy the beauty of the flowers, gardens, food, and wonderful family activities to be found here. My family and I enjoyed finding our favorite characters in topiary form last year, and we had a ball participating in Spike Bee's Pollen-Nation Exploration scavenger hunt. Check back on the Walt Disney World website for Colombian guests for information on this festival before your visit.

Juan, thank you for stopping by planDisney again. Feel free to send me questions in English (or Spanish!) at any time.

    ¡Hasta Luego!
