I'm traveling and away from my Florida home. Is there a way online to find out my annual pass holder ID # so I can link my Magic Band? Thank you. Roger

Greetings from a fellow Floridian, Roger! I'm glad you found us at planDisney, and thanks for this great question. I'm also an Annual Passholder and love the perks and privileges my pass offers, especially the discounts on food and merchandise. It sounds like you have a new MagicBand you'd like to link to your My Disney Experience Account, so let's see what information you'll need.

Roger, I double-checked with a helpful Cast Member who said all you need to link that new MagicBand is to be logged into your My Disney Experience account. If you purchased the band through shopDisney and need to link it, you'll be asked for the serial number on the back of the band. Tap the "MagicBands and More" tile on the mobile app, then choose "Link Your MagicBand or Card." You can select "Type ID" to enter the ID Number printed on the back of the band. A tip is to have good lighting because those numbers are tiny!

Once it's linked to your My Disney Experience Account, all tickets and passes will automatically be tied to the new MagicBand. If this band was purchased as part of a Disney Resort Hotel stay, it should already be linked to your account when it arrives.

If you still need to locate the ID Number of your Annual Pass, you can also find this in the mobile app by tapping the "Tickets and Passes" tile and scrolling to find your Annual Pass. The ID numbers will be listed under the bar code.

Roger, I hope I've helped link some magic to your life...or at least a MagicBand! Please stop by planDisney anytime.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
