    I'm thinking of getting a specialized cake for my son's fourth birthday in November.If I order a cake for our meal at 1900 Park Fair or Chef Mickey's will he still receive the birthday cupcake? He loved it last year and I don't want him to be disappointed

    We had our twins' 6th birthday dinner at Chef Mickey's. We ordered a cake AND were given free birthday cupcakes. I felt like this ended up being some serious sugar overload (you can read about this HERE), but if you wanted both, you could have them. The free birthday cupcake is not guaranteed at any Disney restaurant, but it is available the vast majority of the time. If you would like your son to have one, make sure that the birthday is noted on your restaurant reservation. (Call 407-WDW-DINE to do this.) And you'll also want to remind the host or hostess at the restaurant podium and your server of the special occasion.
