I'm thinking of buying an annual pass,, and was wondering what is the discount for a Disney hotel stay ? what is the percentage Disney takes off the the booking of my stay ?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Craig! I’m happy to answer your question about Walt Disney World Annual Passholder benefits!

As a Passholder myself, my family and I have enjoyed great discounts on restaurants, merchandise and Disney Resort Hotel stays! It offers great value, since after just a few visits to any of the four theme parks, it practically pays for itself. Not to mention, my family and I love to park hop and you will rarely find that we spend the whole day at just one of the parks!

When it comes to the discounts you can look forward to as an annual Passholder, it all depends on the time of year you plan to visit. I’ve seen seasonal discounts and special offers on Disney Resort hotel stays many times throughout the year. It’s a good idea to check in on those special offers while you’re planning your magical visits. Right now, there’s a nice list of Disney restaurants that are offering a 10% discount. You can also enjoy 10% off merchandise throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. Every little bit adds up!

Along with those discounts, I especially like the designated Passholder line when you’re entering any of the theme parks. The Cast Members are always warm and welcoming!

Craig, I hope I’ve given you a few little nuggets to consider when purchasing a Walt Disney World Annual Pass. Come back to see us soon!
