I'm taking my 2 year old twins to the Themed Parks, do you think that I can find NO Lactose Milk or should I bring it with me?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Luisa Fernanda! In just a few weeks you will be enjoying a magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation with your family! I’m so excited for you! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

My youngest daughter also drinks lactose-free milk, so I can imagine you’re planning to make sure your Mouseketeers will have the milk they need during your visit. I will always pack some milk and bring it with me, but I’ve also been able to find different brands of lactose-free milk at the Disney Resort hotels I’ve been staying at. So, you won’t have to worry about being able to find some! If for whatever reason you can’t find what you’re looking for at the shops at your resort hotel or on the menu when you’re at the theme parks, ask a Cast Member. They’re always happy to help!

Luisa Fernanda, did you know that the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor on MainStreet U.S.A at the Magic Kingdom Park serves lactose-free ice cream? It’s a great option if your little ones want to enjoy a yummy ice cream during your adventures at the most magical place on earth.

I hope this information is helpful to you. You can always visit us here or at Disney Parks Moms Panel en Español if you have any more questions. Helping you with the details of your next magical visit is our pleasure!
