    I'm taking my 7yo nephew for his first trip to disney from 10/23-10/30; I wanted to book a character dining for Chef Mickey's but its full. The only ones I have been able to find are Akershus RB or 1900 Park which do you think would be best for a boy? thx

    Hi Elaine!

    Unless your nephew is a fan of the princesses then Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is probably not the best choice for him.  At 1900 Park Fare he will meet Winnie the Pooh, Tigger, the Mad Hatter and Alice in Wonderland.  Have you tried the Cape May Cafe.  It is located at the Beach Club Resort.  The characters at this character meal include Donald, Goofy and Minnie.  Another restaurant you may be interested in is Donald's Safari Breakfast at Tusker House at Animal Kingdom.  The characters at this breakfast include Donald, Daisy, Mickey and Goofy. Give one of these restaurants a try.  I think they are more what your looking for.
