I'm going to be taking my mom and 6 year old son to WDW in mid October. Hoping to do the parks for 3 days Sunday-Tuesday. What is the bed resort to stay at? As kids we always stayed at the Polynesian, but that's a bit out of my price range this time around

    Hi Rebecca,

Always nice to see the Show Me State represented.  I love answering questions from my fellow Missourians.  Multi-generational travel to the Walt Disney World Resort is very special.  Your Mom will remember the times when you were a child and see it all over again through your son.  You're going to have a very memorable vacation.

For budget minded guests like yourself, I recommend the Value Resorts.  If you're looking for a bit more room for your family, I would check out the Family Suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort.  Any hotel you choose will provide the benefits of staying at a Disney resort including free transportation and access to Extra Magic Hours.

Depending on your travel dates, Disney is currently offering Free Dining at select resorts which may save you some money.

When you are ready to book your trip, contact your travel agent or book directly with Disney at (407)939-5277.

Thanks for visiting us.  We'd love to answer more of your questions as you plan your vacation.

    Be Magical,

    Leanne T.

I would like to share my years of experience so that you are able to start your own tradition of Walt Disney World memories, just as I have. Learn More About Leanne
