Im taking my daughter for her 5th Birthday & 1st time visit to Disney World Apr 2012. What are some great ideas for celebrating her special day. Also she is a big fan of the 7 dwarfs & Tremine family are they still available for pictures in the par

    Aleeya,

My daughters are also BIG fans of Lady Tremaine and her not-so-nice daughters. They seek them out on every trip. You can find them regularly next to the exit of Mickey's PhilharMagic and across from the entry into the Prince Charming Regal Carrousel. The Seven Dwarfs are going to be more hit-or-miss, as recent construction of the Fantasyland expansion has thrown things for a loop. But all you need to do is ask a cast member and they should be able to tell you where they might be that day.

As for the special birthday activities, start by looking at the page highlighted here for some great ideas.

Starting with getting her a "Celebration" button for her birthday is a big step in the right direction. They are free at the resorts and parks, and the "Happy Birthday!" calls from cast members alone will bring a bright smile to her face! From there you might consider ordering a specialty cake at one of your planned table service meals. They can be very affordable, and really put an accent on the special day!

Feel free to send me any follow-up questions!

    Have a magical vacation!
