I'm surprising my BF on his b-day with a WDW vaca this Sep. Which sounds more romantic: California Grill reservations at 9:20 to watch the 9pm Wishes fireworks, or 7:15 at Narcoossee's followed by FW at the Poly beach? Thanks for your advice :)

    Kristen,

    Either way you are set!

Both are great plans. But if I had to choose, I would go with your first one. Obviously you want to get there early, grab a cocktail and head out to the deck while you wait for your table. Since Disney requests you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your seating, you should have no problem getting up there. You might even be able to get seated early, though I would not count on it.

I have done this before myself, and it has never disappointed!

I also like the fact that AFTER the fireworks you will be dining in a significantly more adult setting, with fewer kids at nearby tables. That will make it even better! Just make sure you have transportation to your home resort planned out well, as some transportation options might be stopped by the time you are done dining.

I have also done THAT before, and learned from the mistake!

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
