I'm sure something like this has been asked a lot, but I'm not seeing an answer, so here goes - We're visiting at the beginning of June and will be there 7 days. I have a 3 yr old and almost 2 yr old. Should we do the park hopper or not? I'm torn. Thx!

    Hi Emily,

We love the questions, so keep asking! I bet your kids are so excited! The park hopper option allows guests to move from one Disney park to a different park on the same day. Without the park hopper option you would only be able to enjoy one Disney park a day.

In my opinion, it is always a great idea to select the park hopper option. The option is a small upgrade fee however it gives you family the opportunity to move around to fit your interests for the day. We enjoy the ability to do this for a couple of reasons. If the park we are at becomes crowded we can leave and move to another park. The park hopper option also allows us to move to a new park if we have done everything in the park we are at or if we decide we want to re-visit some favorites at another park.

We enjoy returning to our resort for an afternoon break, and then often head out to a different park for dinner and a few more hours of fun. The freedom to move in and out of the parks within the same day, makes the park hopper option invaluable to us. I am sure your family will love the ability to move around during the day.

    Wishing you a magical trip!
