    Im staying in the widerness cabins. My question is if I have groceries delivered to the resort and they get there before I do, does the frot desk hold them there or do they have a cold storage area to hold them till I can pick them up?

    Hi Delfino,

    Your food will be fine. Bell services will actually hold your delivery of groceries if they should arrive before you do. They have refrigerator compartments which hold perishable items. This is even good for guests who may have brought pershiable items with them but their room is not ready.

    Once your room is ready, you can call bell services to bring up your groceries to your room along with any other luggage you may have stored with them until your room is ready.

    Bell services is available 24 hours a day so no need to rush pack from touring.
