I'm staying at the all star sports resort. What are my options for free weights on your property and if there's a fee. I will be at the resort for 5 days and would like to get in a few weight lifting sessions if possible. Thanks for your time.

    Hi Phaythoune!

Disney's All-Star Sports Resort is such a fun place to stay at the Walt Disney World Resort!  I absolutely love walking around the resort and looking at all of the themed areas and buildings.

Although there is not a fitness center available to guests of Disney's All-Star Sports Resort, there is plenty of room to run or walk around the resort and on jogging trails to get in some cardio while admiring all of the beautiful scenery!  Just pick up a map from the Lobby Concierge.  If you are looking for some low-impact cardio, you can even take a swim in one of the beautifully themed pools.

If access to weights is a must-have, there are fitness center options off-property.  Of course, you can bring your own weights, although I am not sure that I would want to carry that luggage around!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
