    I'm staying at Saratoga Springs in April. I have a breakfast reservation at the Polynesian for 7:30 a.m. What time do the Minnie Vans start operating at?

    Hello Kayla!

    Your trip will be here faster than you can say Bibbidi Bobbidi boo!  Are you too excited to sleep already?  I have trip coming up in a few months and I am bouncing around my house like Tigger with pre trip excitement.   I hope you have a lovely time.

    My mouth is watering thinking of all the delicious breakfast options at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.   Tonga Toast at Kona Cafe is my favorite...cinnamon and sugar, bananas and strawberry sauce...yum!   I have some good news, the hours of operation for Minnie Van Service are from 6:30 a.m. until 12:30 a.m.  Kayla, this means you should have plenty of time to reach your destination.  The Minnie Van Service is fantastic, the best part of the ride for me is the Cast Member who will be driving.  They are extremely knowledgeable and make you feel as if you are on a private VIP tour.
