Deck the halls, Hayley, and welcome to planDisney! Even though it's sweltering where I am, my thoughts are turning to snowflakes and hot chocolate with the return of the
Walt Disney World Resort holiday parties. I'm sorry to hear you're having some technical difficulties, so let's do a little troubleshooting so you can snag some party tickets!
I'm not sure when you tried to purchase your holiday tickets, but they went on sale to the public today. I suspect you might not have been signed into your MyDisney account because that's how the system would have seen you have a Disney Resort Hotel stay during the party dates. Nevertheless, it shouldn't matter now because ticket sales have opened to all guests. Bring on the holiday cheer!
Log into your account and head to
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party's landing page. Click on the blue Purchase Tickets button to get started. You'll see an option to choose the
number of tickets and a calendar showing available party dates. Many dates in November and December show availability, so I'm sending pixie dust and candy canes to keep that mischievous Stitch at bay.
Feel free to contact the
New Tickets line if you need additional assistance; they can review your account information and help you make a holly-jolly purchase!
Please remember that your party ticket allows you to enter
Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 PM. The party starts at 7:00 PM, giving you a few hours to soak up some Christmas spirit. I recommend doing a couple of experiences with low wait times so you can focus on the in-demand attractions once the crowds are lower during the party. I'd hop aboard "it's a small world" and take a spin on the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover until the festivities start.
Hayley, I hope I've given you some ideas to help solve your ticket problems. I just know you're going to have a merry and bright visit! Please
stop by planDisney anytime.
Magic awaits,
Elaine
