    I'm staying at the Port Orleans French Quarter resort. Are there grab-and-go pre-made protein drinks for sale in the gift shop or food court? I'm not picky about brand. What about on the Disney Wonder ship?

    Your land and sea adventure is just about here! I'm sure you can hardly wait to enjoy all that Disney has to offer at the Walt Disney World Resort and on the newly reimagined Disney Wonder. I'm sure your packing is well underway and your checking things off your to-do list as the days fly by! 

    I have not seen any variety of protein shakes onboard the Disney Wonder or at Disney's Port Orleans Resort-French Quarter so I asked some of my Disney Parks Moms Panel friends for their input and got some great tips to pass along to you for your vacation later this week. Lindsey P. suggested ordering from the Garden Grocer, which is an online grocery story that delivers in the Orlando area. I know Amazon offers Amazon Prime Pantry as another option for onsite grocery delivery. Lindsey P. and Jackie P. both suggested using protein powder to mix up your own shakes during your visit.

    You are allowed to bring liquids onboard the Disney Wonder so if you do order some pre-made protein shakes, you can bring them with you. Disney Cruise Line's policy is that all liquids must be packed in your carry-on luggage and be sealed in their original packaging.
