I’m staying at pop first week of October are they still offering gift card if you decline miusekeeping

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Elizabeth! I’m so glad you stopped by with your question about the Service Your Way program at Disney’s Pop Century Resort!

You’re in for a real treat during your stay! My family and I just visited over the weekend and were so pleased with the newly renovated rooms! Guests can now enjoy the comfort of queen sized beds in their rooms, along with a nice big screen television, shelving to store a few food items, a Cuisinart pod style coffee maker and a mini-refrigerator.

Elizabeth, right now the Service Your Way program is in full-swing, although that may be subject to change from here to October. If Disney’s Pop Century Resort is offering the service during your visit, you will see a sign at the front desk of your resort hotel.

Here’s how it works, when a guest opts out of housekeeping services (which includes vacuuming and beds being made each day) for the length of their stay, they will receive a $10 per night credit. This amount will be loaded to a Disney Gift Card. Guests can expect to receive the credit for all the nights of their stay, except the last.

Declining housekeeping services in no way means that you will not receive the fast and friendly service we have all come to enjoy when staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel. Fresh towels and toiletry items are just a phone call away! Just press the housekeeping button on your Disney Resort hotel guest room telephone to make your requests.

Elizabeth, during your stay, keep an eye out for the huge rubix cubes and Pacman ghosts, they make for some great pictures!

    Have a magical vacation!
