Hi I'm staying at Pop Century next week with my family and we are from Louisiana. We need incredible, strong coffee the morning. Are there coffee makers in the rooms? I have seen many different posts but nothing recent. Thanks!

    Good Morning Cheramie,

Well, at least, good morning AFTER I have had two cups of joe and then my family and friends can safely talk to me. I completely understand your morning plight and know it is a valid question anywhere I travel, including Walt Disney World.

Sadly, Disney's POP Century Resort room amenities are not kind to us java fans, no magical coffee makers are in the rooms. While coffee is available for purchase in their Quick Service dining restaurant, Everything POP Shopping & Dining, it is not to my liking. My husband has described my coffee as, so strong you can eat it. However, do not fret my coffee friend, I travel with a must-have supply of Starbucks VIA instant coffee and surprisingly for instant coffee it is a caffeine winner in my book. Hot water is readily available, in the quick service restaurant, and yes as a safety precaution to Guests, I send my husband down to brew up that magical coffee potion which makes me turn from an evil witch into a practically perfect princess everyday, okay well at least close to it.

I hope this helps with your upcoming stay and if I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask. May your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World be filled with many caffeinated magical and memorable moments.

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
