Happy
Fall, Kara!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You are going to love
Disney’s Pop Century Resort. One of my
fellow moms recently returned from a visit there, and she said the renovated rooms are fantastic! Modern, clean, and with a darling murphy bed for the littles. Make sure to stop by
the 80’s section and check out the gigantic Rubik’s Cube - a pose in front makes for a fabulous picture for the ‘Gram.
You are so smart to be pre-planning your
groceries for your upcoming trip. About a week before I leave for a stay at Walt Disney World, I make a grocery list, load it up in my online cart, set a date for delivery, and boom! Food planned for the trip.
Amazon Prime Now is an excellent way to get groceries delivered to
your Resort within a few hours. Through the app, you can order from Amazon directly, Whole Foods Market, or even nearby restaurants. Besides Prime Now, several other services will deliver directly to your
Resort hotel, including InstaCart, Garden Grocer, and Walmart. I’ve used Garden Grocer and Prime Now multiple times, and they were great each time. Quick note, you might incur a $6 fee per package accepted by the
Front Desk.
When your groceries are delivered, Cast Members will gladly hold them until you are ready to
pick up. But, they are unable to accept alcohol, if you include it in your delivery, you will need to be present for pick-up. Don’t worry about items that need to be refrigerated; they have a fridge available for perishables.
Kara, if you have any other questions, please come back. In the meantime, enjoy your magical vacation!
