I'm staying at the Polynesian Resort in February of 2014. I see a lot of info on coffee makers & the Kona coffe at that resort, but I have not seen any recent info of what kind of coffee maker is at the resort these days. What kind do they have now?

Hi, Glen!  The coffee makers now in use at the Polynesian are the Cuisinart pod type coffee machines.  You can make two individual cups of coffee at the same time with these pod coffee makers, so it's kind of convenient that way - especially if someone likes decaf and someone else needs a jump start in the morning (and yes, I resemble that remark!).

For a really wonderful coffee experience at the Polynesian, head to the Kona Cafe for a delicious French Press pot of Kona coffee.  What a blissful way to start your day!

If you want to bring your own pods for the coffee makers, you can use Senseo pods, check out communitycoffee.com, or even find your own reusable pod at Amazon, and snag some of the Kona coffee.

Have a great visit to the Polynesian resort!
