If I’m staying one night at a Disney hotel but going to Disney the first day of my stay, can I take advantage of the early park hours as well as the extra hours in the evening on the day I check in?

    Dawn,

Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

Yes, on the day you check in to your Disney resort hotel, even if the room is not yet ready, you are able to take advantage of all the features and benefits that come with that stay. By all means, enjoy that early park entry, and any evening programs that apply!

    BONUS TIP #1
I see you are from Florida, and you should know that you can also enjoy the now-complimentary parking at the resort.

    BONUS TIP #2
Whether you are driving to Walt Disney World, or arriving by some other means, I always recommend you take advantage of the hotel Bell Services desk. Rather than keep your luggage in a hot car or have to lug it around with you all day, drop it off so they can watch your belongings while you enjoy a day in the parks! Even if you return to the resort late in the evening, the front desk staff can get you your bags before you head to your home in the magic!

    BONUS TIP #3
You will definitely want to use the Online Check-In feature of your My Disney Experience account before arriving. This will help ensure your account is set up properly for charging, among other things. They will even text you your room number when it is ready!

    Have a Magical Vacation!
