    I’m staying at Old Key West 6/15-18 and have a dining reservation at Grand Floridian on 6/17 at 3:20. What’s the best way to use Disney transportation to get there and how early do I need to leave my room?

    Hello Sarah!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am so happy you stopped by seeking advice while planning your Walt Disney World Resort adventure.  I hope you have the most magical trip possible. 

    In order to reach Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa from Disney's Old Key West Resort, simply hop on a bus heading to Magic Kingdom.    Once you arrive at Magic Kingdom you can either take the boat launch over to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa or use the Resort Monorail line.   Both options would take about the same amount of time, so it is totally up to you as to which to choose.   I would allow about 60-90 minutes to reach your destination.   I always plan for extra time as I hate to be late.  If you do arrive early you can stroll the beautiful grounds or enjoy a pre-dinner drink at Mizner's Lounge.   The Grand Cocktail is my favorite.
