If I’m staying 5 nights with dining plan this means I have 12 meals and 12 snacks. If I skip snacks or meals on certain days can I still use them on another day or do I lose them

Hi there, Teresa! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for posing a great question regarding the Disney Dining Plan

With the Disney Dining Plan, Guests will receive two meals credits and two snack credits for each night of their package stay. So, if a Guest is staying at a Disney Resort hotel for five nights, they will receive a total of 10 meal credits and 10 snack credits. In addition, Guests will also receive a refillable drink mug that is eligible for refills at any self-service beverage island at Quick-Service locations at Disney Resort hotels. These refills include coffee and tea so Guests in need of their daily caffeine fix are sure to love this feature!

One of my favorite parts of the Disney Dining Plan is the flexibility it allows! Meal and snack credits are not restricted to specific days. So, if you would like to skip a meal or snack on one day of your trip, you can always redeem that extra credit on another day throughout the duration of your vacation. There are also other ways in which Table Service meal credits may be utilized. Certain dining locations, such as Signature Dining Restaurants, require two Table Service meal credits. If you happen to have extra Table Service Meal credits during your stay, you may combine two in order to experience the finest dining Walt Disney World has to offer!

Hopefully this has provided you with a bit more information regarding the Disney Dining Plan and will help you maximize your dining experience during your vacation!
