I'm staying in Disney World from November 9th thru November 16th (That's 8 days 7 nights). I have the dining plan package. Do I get 8 meals or 7 to plan for?

    Hey there, Donna!

My favorite part of planning my Walt Disney World vacation is planning for the amazing dining experiences. There are restaurants and meals at Walt Disney World like no other I can get locally, and everyone in my family has a favorite.

The way the Disney Dining Plan credits work is that you will get credits for each NIGHT of your stay. Since you will be there a total of seven nights, you will have seven nights' worth of credits to work with.

Keep in mind that some of the signature dining experiences require two credits. If you are planning to go to any of those dining experiences, you may run short of credits for the full seven nights. You are welcome to pay out of pocket for a meal to make sure you have that extra credit for a special dining experience you're looking forward to.

You'll also want to make sure you book those reservations as close to your 180 window as you can. Some restaurants book quickly, and I'd hate to think of you missing a meal at a restaurant you have your heart set on!

Good luck scoring all the reservations you want, Donna!
