I'm staying at the Coronado Resort in November, my family and I have reservations at Chef Mickey's at 9:50. We plan to go to Hollywood Studios that day. What do you think the best way of travel is. I understand that buses don't go between resorts.

    Hi Brenda!

I love Coronado Springs Resort! You are absolutely going to love staying there.

Your best option is to take the Walt Disney World bus to Disney's Hollywood Studios (HS) in the morning, then take a bus from HS to The Contemporary, where Chef Mickey's is located. After your dining experience, you will want to take a bus from The Contemporary to the Tickets and Transportation Center (TTC) and then from the TTC to Coronado Springs.

If your reservation is for 9:50 p.m. you may have difficulty finding a bus after your meal because the buses run for at least an hour after the park closes. If your dining experience takes two hours, you may have difficulty finding transportation.

You have two options for late night dining, you can always ask the front desk at The Contemporary to call the Disney Transportation Department to send a bus for you. The other option is to just call a cab to pick you up after your dinner to take you directly to Coronado Springs. For conveinence sake, I think this is the best option because traveling from resort to TTC to resort late at night after touring the parks and dining can be exhausting.

I hope you have a magical trip!

    Magically,
    Stacy
