Hi. I’m staying at the Boardwalk Oct 3 to 7. Extra night hours I see on FB came out Oct 4 Epcot and 6 MK. PLEASE CONFIRM. Also I made park reservation but I’m the 4 I was going to HS and hopping to Epcot. Now with extra hours do I need reservation for E

    Hi Gloria!

How exciting that you’ll be visiting just in time to experience all the excitement of Walt Disney World’s Golden Anniversary! With new attractions, nighttime spectaculars, merchandise, treats, and EARidescent decor throughout the parks, you have a lot to look forward to.

Part of the celebration includes the new Extended Evening Theme Park Hours for Guests of select Disney Resort Collection Hotels, including Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and Disney’s BoardWalk Villas. I can confirm, that per the Extended Evening Theme Park Hours webpage, that currently on Monday, October 4, 2021, Epcot is scheduled to have extended hours from 10 PM to midnight, and on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, Magic Kingdom is scheduled to have extended hours from 9 PM to 11 PM.

The official page states that “Guests may visit with a ticket or annual pass with the Park Hopper option as long as they entered their first park where they made their reservation earlier in the day.” This says to me that if you have a Park Hopper ticket or Annual Pass, you are good to go with your original plan to visit Disney’s Hollywood Studios on October 4, then hop to Epcot after 2 PM. You must enter Disney’s Hollywood Studios if that is the park your reservation is for before you can “hop” to a second park, and Guests who do not do this will be denied entry to that second park.

I hope this helps to answer your questions, Gloria! It sounds like you have a perfect plan for a truly magical trip!
