    I'm staying at a the Bay Lake Contemporary resort, can they help in printing will-call tickets instead of me standing in line at the park? I thought I read it somewhere Disney resort concierge could do so?

    Hello Kathryn,

    You are correct, all Walt Disney World Resort Lobby Concierge Cast Members can print your will call tickets for you; as well as make advance dining reservations, help with childcare arrangements, provide you with transportation options and give park information along with a list of other things to make your stay magical at Walt Disney World.
