I’m staying at Animal Kingdom Jambi House in a 1 bedroom villa. I’ll be traveling w/ my 7 month old. I know the rooms have pack n plays and cribs can be requested on 1st come 1st serve basis when we check in. Are high chairs available for our room?

    Hi, Darlene!

The very best thing about staying at a Disney Vacation Club resort is the space to spread out. The one bedroom villa will give you a chance to put the baby to bed in a separate room, while the grown ups enjoy an evening together without worrying about disturbing a sleepig infant. It's awesome.

Most of the times that I've stayed at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House, there has been a high chair in one of the closets in the villa. If there isn't one there when you arrive, you just have to give a quick call to the front desk, and they can arrange to have one brought to you.

If you haven't had the chance before, definitely wander around the resort. It's just awe-inspiring to be that close to an animal as beautiful as a giraffe, and you can do it from several spots throughout the resort. You'll see an impressive collection of African art as you walk through the resort - it's the largest collection outside of the African continent. You are also right there to enjoy some of my favorite restaurants - including Boma - Flavors of Africa. Head outside, and you might catch one of the African storytellers - both educational and fascinating.

Enjoy an absolutely magical stay at this beautiful resort!
