Hi Stacey! Hooray for a first trip to Walt Disney World with your daughter! April is a great time of the year to travel on vacation! The first week in April will have a different schedule than the rest because it is Easter and Passover which means children will be out of school and on vacation. The remainder of the month will have shorter hours as there is a lull until mid-May when schools are out for the summer. You will see park hours in October/November when Advance Dining Reservations open for booking. My family picks our schedule and then build our meals into the schedule. You will want to book the popular reservations such as Be Our Guest or Cinderella's Royal Table on the day the reservation opens. Wishing you a magical vacation! Beth
