Hello, Carla!
Christmas at
Walt Disney World is my favorite way to celebrate the holiday. My family comes every year, and I can confirm, the parks can be crowded. You will find that the
Magic Kingdom may close at some point during the day for a bit. But oh, the holiday spirit I always feel is worth bumping shoulders and elbows with a few thousand of my fellow Disney fans.
Our favorite restaurant on Christmas day is
Artist Point. Located inside
Disney's Wilderness Lodge, the restaurant is rustic and elegant, and has the very best mushroom soup I've ever tasted. You might find some unusual offerings on the menu - while it does change, you might see wild boar, venison, or bison - and they do a nice charcuterie, which I love to start my holiday meal with.
California Grill is another wonderful special occasion restaurant.
Disney's Contemporary Resort is home to this restaurant, situated with an amazing view of the Magic Kingdom. Aside from the spectacular cuisine, guests might get to enjoy a view of the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom. What better way to spend Christmas night?
Savor the finest of both land and sea at
The Boathouse at Disney Springs. Waterfront dining and shopping after!
Enjoy the holiday!
