Hi! I'm sort of freaking out about how to link 3 families on My Disney Experience for our Nov trip. I'm not 100% sure how to do it. Any suggestions? (I've only linked my 4-person family before, never 3 separate families traveling together as a group).

    Hi Traci,

Congratulations on your upcoming vacation!  My favorite Walt Disney World vacations have been when we've traveled with other families - I think big groups are a blast.

Please don't freak out!  I promise that linking all 3 families on My Disney Experience can be done easily, even if you haven't done it before.  Here's what you need to do.  Once you've logged into your My Disney Experience account, go to the My Family & Friends section.  You should see the "Add a Guest" option in the upper, right-hand corner. Click that button and you'll be given a few possible options for how to add a friend.  If the other families already have their Disney Resort reservations in place, I've found that's often the easiest option to select.  This will take you through the process of inviting someone via email through their Disney account to connect to your Family & Friends list.  Each person you invite will receive an email notification that can be accepted or declined.  Once they accept that invitation, you'll see a check mark next to their name on your list and then you can share information about your vacation (and vice versa) in My Disney Experience.  Also, you should then see an "Edit" button next to the name.  For each person who will be in your group, be sure you've selected "This friend often travels with me." under "Add to Family List" and "View all my activities" under "Invite to Plan and Share" on that Edit screen.

If you have questions or need help, this step-by-step "Connecting to Family & Friends" guide is a great resource or you can call (407) 939-4357.

Wishing you a magical vacation, Traci!
