I'm a single father coming to WDW in Sept with my 5yo son. I have the DDDP and was wondering what TS restaurants you could recommend other than Crystal Palace, Liberty TT, 50's PT, 1900 park fare, Donald's breakfast, and Mickey's BBQ? Thanks! Adam -NYC

Sounds like a great dad-son trip you have planned.  Since you asked the question to me, I'm guessing you are looking for some "guy" places.  Although I think you could be comfortable at any of the restaurants, a few great choices immediately came to mind:
    - Chef Mickey's (Contemporary Resort)
    - Ohana's breakfast with Lilo & Stitch (Polynesian Resort)
    - Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Review (Fort Wilderness - requires two table service credits)
    - Whispering Canyon Cafe (Wilderness Lodge) Be sure to have your son ask for more ketchup!
    - Sci-Fi Dine-In Theatre (simple burger fare, but you get too eat in a car, and watch movies!)

I will also challenge you to consider Cinderella's Royal Table.  I know it seems like a girly thing, but it is in a castle, the boys get a nice play sword, and there are lots of cute princesses that would love to spoil a little prince!  Just consider it, at least.  My son definitely enjoyed it when he was five years old.

I hope some of these suggestions hit the spot, and I wish you both a great trip.
