mail services at the
Walt Disney World Resort!
Ten days in advance is the suggested time frame when having packages shipped to your resort. That way, Cast Members will be able to view your
hotel reservation on their system and will be able to associate your package with it.
Remember that there is a $6.00 fee to pay per package received (*prices always subject to change without prior notice). You can collect your packages during check-in or come back later. If you would like those packages conveniently delivered to your room, you can ask for that and it will be an additional $6.00 per package.
Sharon, be sure to tell the online company you are using to clearly label your boxes with the information below:
-Guest Name (that the Reservation is under)
-Arrival Date
-Resort Name
-Full Address (City, State and Zip Code)
It is advisable to write the word “GUEST” large and legible on the address label next to your name, or on the box itself (better to do it in more than one place, just in case) so they clearly know it is being sent to a guest and not to a Cast Member.
