Welcome back to planDisney, Mike!
It's an honor to help you get your Donald Ducks in a row for your upcoming visit to
The Most Magical Place On Earth in just a few months! I'm glad you're already aware of the
Disability Access Service (DAS), Which is a wonderful way to make your visit run more smoothly if you need special accommodations. At the Walt Disney World Resort,
everyone is welcome, and that ain't no passing craze!
DAS is a program that is created specifically for guests who find it challenging to wait in a regular queue for an attraction. If you think you might face this obstacle during your visit, it would be best to have a personal conversation with a Cast Member. You can
request a live video chat to pre-register for the DAS as soon as 30 days before your visit. They're as wise as Rafiki when it comes to giving helpful guidance to make your experience more enjoyable., and since every guest has unique needs, that conversation will determine what accommodations are needed.
And Mike, just to let you know, no official medical documentation will be collected. It's all about making sure you have the best time possible. It basically means no worries for the rest of your days (at the resort anyway).
I hope this is the problem-free philosophy you were looking for, Mike! Please
swing by again soon if you have any more questions! I'd love to hear about the adventures you're cooking up, and I'm always here to dish out
some handy tips!
