    I’m scanning my 10 purchased tickets into the app and assigning to family members. After 9 it says scan limit has been reached

    Hey, Linda! 

    Darn it! It sounds like we have a villain tampering with your app! I’m hoping I can help you troubleshoot to get that 10th ticket linked to your account! 

    You should be able to have 10 tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account. All of those tickets should be able to link up with your family member’s accounts as well. Sometimes the scanner can be a little finicky, so I would recommend trying to manually enter the ticket information. You should see a “Type ID” tab next to the “Camera” and “Tap” options within the app when you’re within the “Link Tickets & Passes” page.
