Bright suns and welcome, David, to planDisney.
I’m thrilled that you are answering the call to craft your own saber. Mine is hanging on my office wall — and it brings me so much joy every time I see it! Your experience at
Savi’s Workshop will be extraordinary.
I, like you, had a very particular idea of what I wanted to craft while at the workshop. I was part of the last crafting session of the day, and I was so happy that they had everything in stock and available for me to choose. I believe Savi does his very best to make sure every Jedi has the highest quality and largest variety of parts available to them.
Visiting Savi’s Workshop’s front podium 24+ hours before your scheduled crafting session will be your best bet when checking on the status of your saber materials. If you’re not able to make it there the day before, I recommend touching base with a Guest Experience umbrella (in whatever theme park you are visiting that day) or stopping by the Front Desk of your Disney hotel to chat with the concierge. These Cast Members may be able to obtain information from
Batuu for you. IF you aren’t able to check before your cancelation window, get to Savi’s front podium as soon as you can on the day of your reservation. Checking their inventory of parts and explaining your situation beforehand will be helpful for them to know how to assist you further. You can always try calling the Recreation line, as well, before your cancelation window at (407) 939-7529.
Be sure to park your podracer by
Dock-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities. You’ll be able to retrofit your saber with many of the finds from this shop.
David, I look forward to welcoming you into the Jedi Order. The Force will be with you. Always.
