Hi! I’m sailing on the 3-night cruise from San Diego to Ensenada departing on September 28, and I was wondering if this sailing will have separate celebration days for Pirate Night and Halloween or will it be combined. Thank you.

    Hi there, Gabriela!

Thanks so much for sending your question to planDisney. You’re going to absolutely love your Halloween on the High Seas adventure aboard the Disney Magic! It's the perfect blend of pixie dust and pumpkin delight!

Great news, matey! As of now, Pirate Night and the Halloween festivities are planned for different evenings, so you can enjoy both the swashbuckling fun and the spooky sparkle. Here’s the current attire schedule for the September 28, 2026 sailing on the Disney Magic. Since schedules can shift faster than a ghostly breeze, be sure to check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you’re onboard for the latest updates.

    • 9/28 - San Diego - casual
    • 9/29 - At sea - Pirate Night
    • 9/30 - Ensenada - Halloween
    • 10/1 - Disembark (boo!)
My family adores Halloween on the High Seas voyages. We always dress in coordinating costumes, like heroes and villains or characters from the same movie. Halloween makes the whole ship feel like one big, friendly costume party! Also, don’t miss the Disney Characters in their Halloween best. Seeing Minnie Mouse, Daisy Duck, and Clarabelle Cow as the Sanderson Sisters from Hocus Pocus is a frightfully fun sight! The Navigator app will guide you to all the spooktacular activities happening throughout your sailing.

Gabriela, enjoy every magical, mischievous moment of your Disney Cruise. If you need anything else, planDisney is always here to help!

    Happy sailing!
    Jen
