Hi! I'm running the WDW Princess Half Marathon this February but am worried I wont be able to make it into the Expo in time on Saturday to pick up my racer packet. Is there any other way to pick it up or have it mailed? Thank you for your advice!

    Hi Shannon!

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I will also be participating in the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend and just like you, I'm counting down the days!

The runDisney Health & Fitness Expo will be open on Saturday, February 23rd from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. It is highly recommended that you attend the Expo to pick up your race bib, shirt and gEAR check bag, not to mention all the awesome vendors that come out! If you are unable to attend the expo, there has historically been morning of emergency pickup, where you will need to bring your already signed waiver and proof of identity. I want to caution you that this line can be long and some participants miss the start, so if this is your only option make sure to arrive very early. If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel and taking runDisney transportation, you need to make sure you are on the very first bus that leaves.

If you do pick up your bib the morning of, unfortunately you will not get your race shirt. For runners that pickup bibs morning of for other race distances, they can go back to the Expo to pick up their shirt later that day, but as the Expo closes on Saturday and the Disney Princess Half Marathon is on Sunday, this isn't an option. I'd hate for you to miss out on that so I'd try your best to get there! Unfortunately, they do not mail out shirts at this time. I'm sending all the pixie dust your way that you are able to make it! Please come back and let us know if you have any other questions.
