I’m a retired cast member and now only get 2 comp tickets vs 4. Don’t remember when they are mailed out or which season I get. Thanks

Hi there, Rosemarie! The planDisney team sincerely thanks you for making magic for guests. Cast Members are the pixie dust that makes The Most Magical Place on Earth truly special! I'm glad that Walt Disney World Resort recognizes their retired employees and allows you to experience the magic with your own family and friends.

Your two Complimentary Tickets will be delivered electronically once per year (Winter). There is a specific site for Disney Retirees at disneyretiree.com, and you can click on the Admission Privileges tab for additional information. There are detailed instructions you'll need to follow before you use your Complimentary Tickets, including logging in to the "Additional Retiree Site." You can also contact Cast Admissions at (407) 934-6077 if you'd like to speak to someone over the phone.

After linking your Complimentary Tickets to your My Disney Experience account, you'll want to get your Disney Park Passes. I know there is a specific calendar for Cast Members at blockoutdates.disney.com, but you may also want to refer to the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar before making your reservations.

I hope you have a Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah day using your tickets, Rosemarie! Please don't hesitate to reach out if I can be of any further help. See ya real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania! I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique. It's incredible how many people you can find who love talking about "The Most Magical Place On Earth!" I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at my monthly Bunco club for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
