    I’m a retired cast member and would like to get my comp tickets. How should I register to get? All I have is my original ID, but the system is not accepting it.

    Hi there, Zoila! From all of us here at planDisney, thank you for being a former Cast Member and making magical memories for guests! This is what keeps all of us coming back time after time. I'm glad that Disney Retirees receive special privileges to help them relax and enjoy the magic with friends and family. I'd be happy to help! 

    There is a specific site for Disney Retirees at disneyretiree.com. If you have trouble accessing that site, I recommend contacting either Global HR Operations at (321) 939-7000, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., or Cast Admissions at (407) 934-6077. And don't forget that to enter a theme park with your complimentary tickets, a Disney Park Pass reservation for that particular theme park is required. I know there is a specific calendar for Cast Members at blockoutdates.disney.com, but you may also want to refer to the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar before making your reservations.
