Hello and welcome to planDisney!
Imagine waking up knowing that any day could be a Disney day! As a Florida resident with an annual pass, you have the magic of Walt Disney World right in your backyard. Spontaneous trips to catch the
Festival of Fantasy Parade, leisurely evenings strolling around World Showcase in
EPCOT, and the thrill of hopping on your favorite attractions without the pressure of cramming everything into one visit—it’s a dream come true! With
exclusive discounts, special events, and the freedom to experience the parks in every season, being a Florida resident and an Annual Passholder is like holding a golden key to endless enchantment. As someone who lives in a different state, I have to admit, that the jealousy is very strong right now!
It’s fantastic that you want to share your Florida Resident Ticket savings with your relatives! However, Guests 18 and older must provide
valid proof of Florida residency—such as a Florida driver’s license, state-issued ID with a Florida address, or a Florida-based military ID—to activate their tickets. If your relatives live out of state, they won’t qualify, I'm afraid. That said, you can purchase Florida resident tickets for Guests under 18, as long as you're present to verify your residency. Everyone else will need to purchase standard
theme park tickets.
I hope that's clarifying. Thanks for stopping by with your question.
