Cheers, Fellow Floridian, and welcome to planDisney!
In honor of awards season, it's safe to bet that you will win Grandfather of the Year when you gift your grandson a trip to visit our neighbor, Mickey Mouse! We are so lucky to be so close to the magic, and my favorite part is that we get
discounts! Let's dive into how you can show Minnie that you live on her street.
There are a couple of ways to
prove you live in the Sunshine State, including:
-Valid Florida Driver's License or a Florida state-issued ID card (showing your Florida address)
-Valid Florida-based Military ID
Charles, since you said you don't have a FL Driver's License, you can use:
-Mortgage statements (must be <2 months old).
-Bills, Policies, or Registration (i.e., automobile registration, insurance policy or
statement from utilities, insurance, etc., again, <2 months old and cannot be addressed to a P.O. Box).
-Mail from a certified institution such as a bank or federal or state agency with your name and address.
Current statements and bills printed from an electronic version or your smartphone are acceptable.
You can purchase tickets in person at any of the four theme park ticket windows, online, or at the
Disney Ticket Center in Disney Springs. If you buy them online, you can pick them up at will call. When you pick them up, bring your proof of Florida residency.
Charles, I hope you enjoy your visit to Walt Disney World with your grandson. Here's to
a great, big, beautiful tomorrow!
