    Hi I'm planning our vacation for November 15th to the 20th but I noticed Magic Kingdom closes at 4:30pm on the 17th is there any reason why it closes so early that day? Thanks!

    Thanks for checking in with the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    The early closure at Magic Kingdom Park is because that is one of the days for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. It's a separate ticketed event for park guests to celebrate the holiday. It includes special meet-and-greets with characters, holiday snacks and dance parties. 

    If you don't plan to join in on the party, I'd recommend planning to visit a different park so you can get a full day in to play at Magic Kingdom Park!
