    Hi I'm planning a vacation for a large family, 11 people total.I'm interested in staying at the grand villa in bay lake tower, however I'm not sure how I would go about booking this. I'm not a dvc member but have heard you can book through Disney?

    Grand Villas are a fabulous location for a large family. With the ability to sleep up to 12 people, a full kitchen and dining room, and plenty of space to spread out, everyone is sure to fell right at home.

    The Grand Villas are exceptionally popular because so many families find the Walt Disney World Resort to be a great destination for large family gatherings. Disney Vacation Club Members do have first priority to book these Grand Villas, but if there is availability, the rooms can be booked by non-Members. These rooms cannot be booked online however, and to inquire about availability and pricing you would need to call Walt Disney World Central Reservations at (407) 939-5277. Central Reservations is open 7:00 am to 11:00 pm Eastern time, seven days a week.

    If you are unable to secure a Grand Villa for your family, I might recommend booking multiple smaller Villas at Disney’s Bay Lake Tower. You can request that these rooms be located closer to each other. While there is never a guarantee that this request would be met, the Cast Members at Bay Lake Tower will do their best to get you as close as possible.
