I'm planning a vacation with my husband and my two boys 8&11. I really want to stay at the Grand Floridian but I'm torn because I think all my boys would like the Polynesian better. Which one do you think is the best for all of us?

Hi Monica! I definitely agree with you that staying at the Grand Floridian would be fabulous. I'm sure your boys will have an amazing time wherever you choose. That being said, the Grand Floridian is the most elegant and regal of the Disney resorts. If you're thinking your boys would prefer the Polynesian resort, you're probably right. It is an amazing resort with it's tropical decor and great amenities. And you're just a quick monorail ride or walk to the Grand Floridian, where you could go for a meal or just to visit the grounds.

Not to confuse you further, but you might also want to consider the Contemporary Resort, the third monorail resort. It is equally conveniently located, but with a much more modern theme. Your boys might love staying in a resort where the monorail drives right through it!

    I hope this helps Monica!
