I'm planning a two-week trip to the US and want to bring a surge protector for my post-cruise journey, but it's prohibited on the cruise. Is there a locker at the port where I can leave a small piece of luggage?

Welcome to planDisney, Seoyoung!  Thank you for sailing by before you sail away on Disney Cruise Line. It sounds like you have reviewed the Prohibited and Restricted Item List as you finish packing for your long holiday.

I believe you will be cruising out of Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  If so, there are no lockers or luggage storage at the port.   There is baggage storage at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, though.   You can find more information by doing an internet search for bag storage at the airport. If I got your departure port wrong, feel free to write back to me at planDisney, and I will be happy to clear things up for you.

If you will be on the Disney Dream, you will be visiting Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.  The Goombay Cultural Center offers many activities to learn about local traditions and the beauty of the Bahamas.  Kids can explore Sebastian's Cove, an island-inspired playland.  There is also Rush Out Gush Out Water Play area for the family.  It features 2 slides!  Guests 18 years and older can visit Serenity Bay which has its own dining area. It's a beautiful area, and I hope you enjoy your time there.

Seoyoung, have an amazing time on Disney Cruise Line!

    Bon Voyage!
