I’m planning a trip with a 3year old. Does she need to get tested for Covid before entering the park.

    Hi there, hey there, Ashwina!

You’re as welcome as can be at planDisney!

How wonderful that you’re bringing your little Mouseketeer to experience the magic of The Happiest Place on Earth! To this day, I love seeing the whimsy and wonder through my own Mouseketeers’ eyes. Whether they see Mickey Mouse waving to them or try a new Mickey-shaped treat, I cherish every time their eyes light up, and they’re smiling ear to ear!

Ashwina, although it is very much recommended that Guests are vaccinated, and if they cannot be vaccinated, they get tested for COVID-19 before their visit, it is not required, and further proof will not be needed to enter the parks.

Guests ages 2 and up do need face coverings in required areas. Currently, this includes while being indoors and on Disney transportation, regardless of vaccination status. If you haven’t already practiced wearing masks with your kiddo, I would do so prior to coming to the parks. That way, your Mouseketeer feels comfortable when she does need to wear one. I found getting my Mouseketeers masks with their favorite characters helped them want to keep theirs on!

And while you’re visiting, do be sure to check out the Baby Care Centers which are located in both parks and are absolutely incredible. They provide fully staffed spaces with amenities such as large changing tables, feeding areas with high chairs for your kiddo, as well as toddler-size toilets!

We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Ashwina! Have an enchanting visit.
