Hi, I'm planning a trip to WDW in January 2010 with my 2 daughters (3 & 5) and my husband. I will be reserving 1 dinner at Cinderella's Castle for my husband's birthday. Will I have to use up 1 of my days of passes to get onto the site, just for dinn

Yes. You do need to use a park admission pass any time you enter one of the theme parks, even if you only want to each at one of the theme park restaurants. If you don't have a Park Hopper ticket, my suggestion would be to plan to make the day you're eating at Cinderella's Castle also be the day that you tour the Magic Kingdom.

Have a wonderful celebration at Walt Disney World.
