Hello - I’m planning a trip to WDW In December 2023 and wondering if all hotels have at least a beverage cooler or mini fridge? Are there any hotels that do not have either?

    Hi Melanie,

Thanks for asking about these Disney details for your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort during the holiday season! It’s truly the Most Magical Time of the Year, and I’m thrilled to hear you’ll be making more magical memories with your family soon.

I’ve double checked each resort and chatted with a help Cast Member to confirm, but yes – every Disney Resorts Collection hotel room, suite, and villa will have a beverage cooler or a refrigerator as a standard amenity. If you make a specific resort reservation and would like more details on the exact amenities, room configuration, or other details please write us back with your resort and room type and we’d be happy to confirm that for you, too.

I like keeping cold drinks to fill our water bottles with before beginning a long theme park day, or some fresh fruit for my family on these trips. If your resort has a beverage cooler, it's best not to store dairy products, but you can purchase fresh yogurt and milk at any resort’s quick service location on site for consuming promptly. If your family has a need for medication storage or a true freezer, please see some wonderful guidance that my panelist friend Jessica recently shared with another Guest.

My family loves staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel, Melanie – I know you will, too! I hope you can take advantage of all the great benefits of staying on property. My favorite is Early Theme Park Entry where we can be one jump ahead of the crowds with early access to our favorite attractions and feel we’ve conquered the day well before lunchtime.

You have so much to look forward to during this magical time of the year. New details were recently shared about the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, my favorite festival which features the incredible sights, sounds, and scents of the holiday season! If you’re planning out your dining reservations, please know that dining packages for the Candlelight Processional will be available beginning October 17, 2023 for your upcoming trip.

I hope these Disney details help you pick a practically perfect resort for this special stay. Please let our knowledgeable team know if there’s anything else we can do to give you peace or mind or to make the most of this visit.

    Wishing you a magical vacation,
