Greetings to you, Jasmine, welcome to planDisney!
Looks like you’re ready for
A Whole New World of adventure at the
Disneyland Resort! I am excited to share some tips and direct you to some resources as you hop on this magic carpet ride of planning!
First things first, let’s make sure you (and anyone over 13) set up a
MyDisney account so you can log into the Disneyland website to check out all the magic and begin booking your trip. The MyDisney account is also necessary when it’s time to schedule a virtual chat with a cast member for
Disability Access Service (DAS). They’ll chat with the person who is affected and provide the best services and resources relevant to their needs. I also recommend checking out
Disneyland Resort’s Accessibility Page, there’s a lot of information along with printable guides. Once you're set there, make sure you have the
Disneyland app downloaded so you can purchase and access
Lightning Lane Multi or Single Pass reservations and attraction return times if eligible for a DAS pass.
When booking directly through Disney, there is nothing mailed for planning, everything you will find online and within the Disneyland app. You can also contact the Guest Services
Vacation Packages hotline to chat with a cast member if you have more specific planning questions or assistance making reservations.
You’ll be in town to celebrate
Holidays at the Disneyland Resort so prepare yourselves for a festive experience! From the jolly,
A Christmas Fantasy Parade at Disneyland Park, to a cultural holiday experience at
Disney Festival of Holidays at Disney California Adventure Park, you’re in for a merry time!
Well, Jasmine, I hope you trust me when I say you are going to have a magical holiday visit! If you have any other questions before you depart, feel free to
send another message!
Counting down to the holidays!
Camille
